Volunteers in the Community

In Richmond, firefighting is not a job, but a passion.  Those who participate are family members, church members, friends, spouses, and children.  They come from all walks of life, and are varied in age, economics, education, and interests.   Their common bond, along with others who volunteer, is service to the community.
